With such large square footage and the potential to attract highly reputable brands into its space, The George Building and its managing agent, Savills, required the services of a Tier 1 security service provider.

The management team at Dardan outlined the necessary security measures during Phase 1 of the assignment, as it moved from the final stages of construction to the first tenant fit-out in January 2019.
The recruitment of a brand new security team to a very short timescale was something that Dardan could actively commit to. Dardan’s real-time reporting system, PRIME, enabled specific security tasks to be set-up and tailored to the needs of The George Building. This ensured complete visibility and accuracy of checks made by the on-site security team, including perimeter inspections and fire extinguisher tests.
